🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We always want you to be satisfied. However, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

• If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or any item is missing

• If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery

In these cases, we offer a replacement or full refund.

🔄 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

আমরা চাই আপনি ১০০% সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। তবে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট কিছু অবস্থায় গ্রহণযোগ্য।

✅ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য:

• ভুল প্রোডাক্ট, সাইজ বা কোনো আইটেম মিসিং

• ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে

এইসব ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড অফার করি।

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

• If you change your mind after receiving the product

• If there is no issue found at the time of delivery

• পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পরে মন বদলালে

• ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে

💰 Refund Process

Refunds are only possible if the issue is reported during delivery, in front of the delivery agent.
We do not accept any returns once the product is fully accepted without objection.

💰 রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি

রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য, যদি সমস্যা ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে জানানো হয়।
পণ্য পুরোপুরি গ্রহণ করার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

You must request a return within 1 day of receiving the product.
After 1 day, we cannot process any returns or refunds.
