Return & Refund Policy

At Rubaaba Panjabi, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Returns or refunds are accepted only under specific, valid conditions.

Eligible for Return or Refund

A return or refund request is accepted if:

  • The delivered product is incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or missing item)

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার। নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য

  • ভুল প্রোডাক্ট, ভুল সাইজ, বা কোনো আইটেম মিসিং

  • ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে

এসব ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product

  • No issue is identified at the time of delivery

  • পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর মত পরিবর্তন করলে

  • ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে

Refund Process

Refunds are approved only when an issue is reported immediately during delivery, in the presence of the delivery agent.
Once the product is accepted without objection, no refund or return request will be processed.

রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি

রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য, যখন সমস্যা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে জানানো হয়।
পণ্য গ্রহণ করার পরে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

Return Time Limit

Return requests must be made within 1 day of receiving the product.
After this period, we will not be able to process any return or refund.

রিটার্ন করার সময়সীমা

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ১ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
এর পরে কোনো রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
